This website belongs to MAGNET Performance, a brand of Fiatex Company s.r.o. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This website is run by Fiatex Company s.r.o., Osadní 869/32, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 19860951, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 392898. MAGNET Performance is our brand. We decide what happens to the data described in this policy, which makes us its controller under the GDPR. For anything about your data, write to info@magnetperformance.com.
What we collect
- What you send in a form. The contact form asks for your name, your company or handle, and a way to reach you. The creator application asks for your name, handle, platform, main audience, follower range, profession, a way to reach you, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. You decide what to put there. Without a way to reach you, we cannot reply.
- What your browser sends by itself. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser, the page requested, date and time. They exist to keep the site running and secure.
- Visit statistics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami. They show us which pages are opened, which buttons and links are clicked, how far a page is scrolled, and which of our links brought a visitor here (the “ref” label in links we send). Neither tool sets cookies or stores anything in your browser, and neither follows you across other sites. Umami does not keep your IP address in its statistics. This site carries no advertising pixels.
How your message reaches us
- Contact form and creator application. Your answers go to our own handler on Cloudflare, which emails them to our inbox on Gmail and keeps no separate copy. No third-party form service is involved. Along with the form we receive the country your request came from, which Cloudflare derives from your IP address, and the page you sent it from, with the label of the link that brought you here, if there was one.
- Messages. If you write to us on Instagram, WhatsApp or another messenger, the privacy policy of that service applies as well.
Why we may use it
- To answer you and to agree on work. Under the GDPR this is your consent and the steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To see how the site is used. Visit statistics without cookies. This is our legitimate interest in keeping the site useful (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the site secure. This is our legitimate interest and it covers server logs only (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who else can see it
Cloudflare, which hosts this site and delivers form messages to our inbox; Umami Software, which provides our visit statistics; Google, whose Gmail service holds our inbox; and the messenger you write to us in, if you choose one. We do not sell your data. We do not pass your contacts to a brand before we agree with you what exactly is sent.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Both companies are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where it does not cover a transfer, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. Umami Software may also process visit statistics outside the EU. We use it under its data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Messages and applications: up to twelve months after our last exchange, unless we start working together, in which case the terms of that work apply. Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them. Visit statistics in Umami: six months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, receive it in a common format to take elsewhere, object to how we use it, or tell us to stop using it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before. Write to info@magnetperformance.com and we answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz), and you can also contact the authority where you live or work. If you are in Brazil, the same rights apply under the LGPD and you can contact the ANPD.
We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
Age
This site is for people aged 18 or older, because we only work with adult creators. We do not knowingly collect anything from people under 18.
Cookies
We set no cookies today. If we add analytics or advertising tools that need cookies, we will ask for your consent before they load, and this page will name each of them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
