MAGNET Performance runs this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
MAGNET Performance runs this website and decides what happens to the data described in this policy. For anything about your data, write to info@magnetperformance.com.
What we collect
- What you send in a form. The contact form asks for your name, your company or handle, and a way to reach you. The creator application asks for your handle, platform, main audience, typical reach per post, what you post about, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. You decide what to put there.
- What your browser sends by itself. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser, the page requested, date and time. They exist to keep the site running and secure.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising pixels. Nothing about you is stored in your browser.
Fonts
The pages load their typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google and Google receives your IP address with that request. If we move the fonts to our own server, this section goes away.
How your message reaches us
- Contact form. Your answers go to our own handler on Cloudflare, which emails them to our inbox and keeps no separate copy. No third-party form service is involved. Along with the form we receive the country your request came from, which Cloudflare derives from your IP address.
- Creator application. The page stores nothing. It prepares a ready message and opens WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or your email app, and you send it yourself. From that moment the privacy policy of that messenger applies as well.
Why we may use it
- To answer you and to agree on work. Under the GDPR this is your consent and the steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To keep the site secure. This is our legitimate interest and it covers server logs only.
Who else can see it
Cloudflare, which hosts this site and delivers our email, and the messenger you choose to write in. We do not sell your data. We do not pass your contacts to a brand before we agree with you what exactly is sent.
How long we keep it
Messages and applications: up to twelve months after our last exchange, unless we start working together, in which case the terms of that work apply. Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop using it. Write to info@magnetperformance.com and we answer within one month. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you are in Brazil, the same rights apply under the LGPD and you can contact the ANPD.
Age
This site is for people aged 18 or older, because the work involves advertising for gambling and crypto brands. We do not knowingly collect anything from people under 18.
Cookies
We set no cookies today. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will ask for your consent before they load, and this page will name each of them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
