- You’re 18 or older and post about your work to a real audience. Right now most of our campaigns are in the US. Every sponsored post is marked as an ad.
- What happens next
- A manager reviews your profile and writes back personally, in Instagram DMs, by email or on WhatsApp. We agree on terms before your first post.

Do I need a big audience?
No. We work with creators from a few thousand followers up. Fit matters more than size.
I’m not an influencer. Can I still join?
Yes. Most of our creators are professionals who post about their work. If your followers trust your advice, that is what brands need.
Will this hurt my professional reputation?
We only offer products that are useful for your work or your clients, and you decide whether a product fits you. Every post is clearly labeled as an ad.
How much time does it take?
Not much. You get a short brief, and it’s usually one video or post in the format you already use. No studio, no script.
What do I have to post?
A short video or post about a product that fits your audience. You get a brief with the key points and your personal link, and you say it in your own words.
Which brands?
App and subscription brands whose product fits your audience. We name the brand before you agree to anything.
How does payment work?
Either a flat rate for your content or a commission for every paying customer who comes through your link. We name the format and your rate in our reply to your application, before you post anything.
How do I get the money?
We pay by bank transfer, PayPal or another method that works for you.
Who are you, and who pays me?
MAGNET Performance is a brand of Fiatex Company s.r.o., our company registered in Prague, Czech Republic (EU). Your agreement is with Fiatex, and your payments come from Fiatex.
What if my content doesn’t bring in any customers?
With a flat rate, you’re paid for your content either way. With a commission, content that brings in no paying customers doesn’t earn a payout. That’s why we only offer products that fit your audience.
Do I have to mark the post as an ad?
Yes. In the US, FTC rules require every sponsored post to be disclosed, for example with #ad or the platform’s paid partnership label. We show you how.
Do I pay anything?
No. There are no fees for creators.
Can I stop?
Yes. You can stop at any time, and we pay you everything you’ve earned up to that point. Nothing is exclusive unless we agree on it in writing.
How do I know a message is really from you?
Check the “Team” highlight on our main Instagram, @magnet_performance. It lists our WhatsApp number and every Instagram account our managers use. If the account or number isn’t there, tell us. We only send emails from info@
What data do you keep about me?
Only what we need to reply and to pay you: your name, handle, contact info and your answers on the form.
